Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free members get full access to play chess, track their ELO, and connect with friends. Premium members get an ad-free experience, access to ranked mode, the marketplace, tournaments, and exclusive Discord community.
Can I cancel my Premium membership anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium membership at any time. No questions asked, no hidden fees. You'll keep Premium benefits until the end of your billing period.
Do I lose my progress if I cancel Premium?
No! Your ELO rating, match history, and friends list are permanent. You'll just lose access to Premium-only features like ranked mode and the marketplace.
How do I get access to the Discord?
Once you subscribe to Premium, you'll receive an invitation link via email within 24 hours.
